NV : Neth. = Naamloze Vennootschap. All publicly traded Dutch compnies are NV's, but not all NV's are publicly traded. Dutch NV's require 100,000 NLG share capital or more. NV : Neth. Ants. = Naamloze Vennootschap. In the Netherlands Antilles, many foreign companies establish subsidiaries to shelter taxes. I'm setting up my own now - let me know if you want details. lots for off-shore biz, but also possible if you live there. here's a small primer : Antilles Tax Haven and yes, I've been, weather very steady 80's, diving is awesome, US tax treaty exists ( no double taxation..) and you get all your US sat channels...get a sweet boat. direct flights from Miami to US and from Antilles to Europe... of course you'll also want to chekc out BVI (turks & caicos for example). Caymans are on the down slide from what i hear. St Maarten en some of the other have high crime rates...check those.
